📋 Description

• Job Type: Full-Time • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST with a 1-hour break • Salary: $900 per month • We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Technical Designer to join our design team. This role will focus on developing accurate and comprehensive tech packs to support overseas production. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for fashion, experience with technical sketching, and the ability to translate inspiration images and past designs into precise product development documents. • Key Responsibilities: • Create detailed tech packs for apparel production, including technical sketches, construction details, measurements, and fabric specifications. • Develop technical drawings based on inspiration photos, mood boards, and previous in-house designs. • Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure consistency and accuracy in product development. • Communicate clearly with overseas factories to ensure designs are understood and executed correctly. • Review and revise tech packs based on sample feedback or updates in design direction.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in technical design, preferably in the fashion industry. • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar tools for technical sketching. • Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric, and trim. • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills. • Ability to interpret creative direction and translate it into production-ready documents. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with remote teams or factories.
