📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of provider relations representatives to achieve sales targets and exceed performance metrics • Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure the team delivers exceptional service to providers and meets established KPIs • Collaborate with provider relations representatives to develop tailored strategies to nurture key relationships, address their needs, and drive mutual growth and success • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding service offerings within existing accounts • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that address the evolving needs of providers and enhance customer value • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of account management strategies and initiatives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and drive synergy across the organization • Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and teamwork to achieve shared goals • Lead efforts to identify, evaluate, and optimize the sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and provider satisfaction • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the provider relations representatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field • Pharm. D. preferred • Proven track record of success in sales and business development within the compounding industry • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to effectively coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization • Deep understanding of compounding pharmacy operations, regulations, and industry trends preferred • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs • Commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement • Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds • Ability to stand for extended periods
