📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the company's long-term growth strategy • Support all phases of M&A strategy & execution • Monitor and analyze industry trends in revenue cycle management • Lead ongoing competitive intelligence efforts • Identify and evaluate adjacent markets and new service lines • Support company-wide evaluation of AI vendors and technology investments • Build and prioritize business cases for strategic initiatives • Collaborate across functional teams to design, plan, and support execution of strategic and transformation initiatives • Conduct expert interviews, client research, and data analysis to surface insights • Support executive leadership with board materials and special projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity, or a strategy-focused role within a healthcare services company • Demonstrated AI fluency with a working understanding of AI tools applied in healthcare and RCM • Proven ability to synthesize complex market data into clear strategic recommendations • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel) • Experience supporting or leading business transformation initiatives • Advanced presentation and storytelling skills (PowerPoint) • Interest or experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or revenue cycle management (preferred) • Familiarity with back-end RCM, payer dynamics, or medical billing workflows (preferred).
