📋 Description

• Design and implement features and services within Reveleer’s platform using established architectural patterns. • Write high quality, maintainable code and take ownership of systems within your domain. • Contribute to system reliability, performance, and security through disciplined engineering practices. • Participate in design discussions, offering input and recommendations within a defined scope. • Review code, share best practices, and support the growth of less experienced engineers. • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver agreed outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience building and evolving backend systems using .NET and Java in production environments. • 4+ years of designing scalable, distributed systems and cloud-based architectures. • Proven ability to contribute to complex technical initiatives from concept through deployment, with clear ownership and follow through. • Strong technical judgment and the ability to influence without formal authority, aligning teams around sound engineering decisions. • Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and elevate quality through clear standards and practical coaching. • A bias for action, paired with a high bar for reliability, security, and maintainability.
