📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end consumption-based billing operations, including Direct and Marketplace billing models • Perform billing validations, control checks, daily analysis, exception reviews, and system reconciliations • Reconcile Marketplace billing data with NetSuite billing outputs, identify variances, and drive resolution • Review invoices for adherence to company policies and contractual terms • Create and maintain NetSuite reports, dashboards, and saved searches • Develop and execute ad hoc queries and analyses for business insights and decision-making • Track and manage billing-related emails and queries • Partner with FP&A and GTM Operations on forecasting, accruals, and revenue visibility • Own billing controls and support smooth month-end and quarter-end close cycles • Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives • Lead and manage 4 to 5 direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• CA / CPA / CMA with 7+ years of experience, OR M.Com / MBA (Finance) with 10+ years of relevant experience • SuiteBilling or Marketplace tooling experience is a plus • Strong experience with NetSuite (preferred) and exposure to Salesforce.com is a plus • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience in consumption-based / usage-based billing environments • Ability to manage a team of 4 to 5 direct reports • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven people management and leadership experience • Ability to handle complex billing scenarios and reconcile large datasets • Ability to prioritize effectively and work in a fast-paced, global environment • Self-starter with strong ownership mindset and accountability • Experience with Marketplace billing, such as AWS/Azure • Exposure to subscription billing tools, such as SuiteBilling • Experience working in a multi-entity / international environment
