âą Recruit, onboard, and activate high-performing affiliates and publishers within the Health & Wellness space. âą Leverage existing industry relationships to expand the affiliate program and drive incremental revenue. âą Build and maintain strong partnerships with affiliates, ensuring long-term engagement and performance. âą Monitor affiliate activity, identify optimization opportunities, and implement strategies to improve results. âą Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations. âą Negotiate commercial terms, placements, and promotional opportunities with partners. âą Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate initiatives with overall marketing and business objectives. âą Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate opportunities.
âą 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the Health & Wellness, Nutraceuticals, Supplements, or related verticals. âą Strong existing network of affiliate publishers, media buyers, content partners, and industry contacts. âą Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and scale high-performing affiliates. âą Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience tracking KPIs and performance metrics. âą Experience with affiliate platforms and tracking solutions (e.g., Everflow, Impact, Partnerize, Tune/HasOffers, or similar). âą Highly autonomous and self-motivated, with the ability to manage priorities independently. âą Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. âą Data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI, revenue growth, and program optimization. âą Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. âą Professional fluency in English.
