📋 Description

• Work with all Revic customers to ensure successful implementation and deployment • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve the product • Build repeatable deployment and support frameworks • Translate technical capabilities into value for GTM and customer success teams • Dive into real customer problems and invent AI Native solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7 years of engineering or technical deployment experience • Strong SQL • Solid Python • Experience with AI agents, LLMs, or intelligent automation • Technical fluency with hands-on data • Autonomous and scrappy problem solver • Ability to bridge communication between technical and business audiences • Comfort with ambiguity and juggling multiple priorities • Motivated to see work change customer outcomes in the real world • Experience handling messy, real-world data into structured systems.
