📋 Description
• Develop and implement AI agents and internal autonomous workflows (based on LLMs, APIs, and automation frameworks). • Work from design through delivery of agents, focusing on operational efficiency and productivity gains. • Implement agents already planned in the roadmap, and propose and develop new AI use cases for different areas of the company. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to integrate intelligent capabilities into internal systems. • Train internal teams on the use and operation of created agents, promoting best practices and technical understanding. • Measure impact, document results, and continuously iterate on deployed solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• Advanced or fluent English (daily international interaction). • Hands-on experience with LLMs — RAG, autonomous agents, or AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, custom pipelines, etc.). • Strong software engineering skills, especially in Python, API integration, and orchestration of automated workflows. • Ability to experiment, learn quickly, and communicate results clearly. • Self-driven and collaborative profile, with an interest in building AI solutions applied to real business contexts. • Mid-level (Pleno) or Senior level in software engineering, data science, or related fields.
