• Lead the technological evolution of a significant product, with real autonomy and direct impact on architectural decisions. • Serve as the primary technical reference for the team. • Guide architecture decisions and the evolution of the platform. • Mentor and develop software engineers. • Ensure the quality, performance, and security of solutions. • Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to define the roadmap. • Review code and support the resolution of complex problems. • Promote engineering best practices and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Solid experience as a Tech Lead, Technical Lead, or in a similar role. • Strong background in software engineering (back-end, APIs, microservices). • Experience with object-oriented languages (Java or similar). • Experience designing scalable and resilient architectures. • Prior work in agile teams, collaborating with product and business. • Ability to mentor developers and influence technical decisions.
