📋 Description

• Think like a PM and execute like a developer • Design user experiences • Build AI-powered MVPs • Ensure delivery quality with the tech team • Report directly to the CEO • High autonomy from day one • Clear path to become CPO

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to prototype and build AI MVPs without relying entirely on the tech team • Skill in scoping features clearly, reducing rework, and ensuring delivery quality • Sufficient technical understanding to communicate with developers and assess solution feasibility • Experience with UX for different audiences — B2C (end users) and B2B (managers and directors) • Plus: Background in products serving both B2C and B2B within the same platform • Experience with engagement SaaS or products for less digital audiences • Experience as the sole product owner in a small or early-stage company
