• Lead the technical development of a new credit platform • Define and maintain architecture standards and engineering best practices • Work hands-on in backend development • Provide technical support to the team in the design and implementation of solutions • Ensure technical quality, scalability, performance, and security of the application • Participate in strategic decisions alongside product and technology teams • Lead code reviews and support the technical growth of the team • Set up and monitor CI/CD pipelines and development best practices
• Solid experience with: .NET Core (v3.1, v6 and v8) • Synchronous and asynchronous development • REST APIs • Microservices architecture • Development of bots and background processing • Git Flow • Azure DevOps • CI/CD • Unit testing • Redis • SQL Server • MongoDB and/or RavenDB • Messaging (SQS/queues) • APIGee • Previous experience providing technical leadership for squads/engineering teams • Strong knowledge of architecture, engineering best practices, and software quality
