📋 Description

• Define content strategies for audience in different markets (NA, EMEA, APAC) by performing keyword, industry and competitor research • Prioritize data based research in the ideation process to ensure that content produced reaches maximum people • Work with marketing leaders to build a strong communications team over time • Collaborate within the wider marketing team to drive content strategy recommendations based on audit findings, content types and templates, sourcing plans, sitemaps and taxonomies, traffic analyses, governance plans, and more • Translate content strategies into content calendars for the global team to follow and manage these calendars effectively with team support • Analyze the performance of content and generating actionable reports based on agreed metrics such as site wide traffic, keyword analytics, user feedback, and other performance data • Translate keyword research and strategy into on-page SEO for website as well as optimizing other content for search • Responsible for planning and strategy of cornerstone lead magnet pieces like quarterly guides, product releases, customer stories and more • Manage a team of writers to deliver against quality standards, briefs and optimization playbooks • Run experiments to test new processes in content production and distribution • Support marketing team as needed in other areas/functions based on team requirements that necessitate an all-hands-on-deck approach

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field • Excellent written and editing skills Attention to detail and ability to maintain and enforce high standards of quality • Experience with tools like SEMRush, Google Analytics, WordPress • A holistic understanding of content marketing and the role it plays in achieving business growth • A strong understanding of content distribution channels including search engines, social media, email, and PPC • 5+ years experience creating content strategies from scratch for B2B SaaS companies • 5+ experience creating content calendars and writing keyword-driven article briefs that tie into content strategy • 2+ experience managing a team • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills • Collaborative and can-do team spirit
