• Develop and manage advanced workflows within Clay.com for CRM enrichment, lead scoring, and targeted lead generation aligned with client business goals. • Expertly integrate Clay.com into marketing, sales, and customer success workflows, leveraging automation to streamline processes. • Conduct thorough data analysis using Clay’s tools, interpreting enriched data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and increase revenue. • Continuously monitor and optimize operational workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency. • Train and support internal and client teams on effectively utilizing Clay.com, ensuring maximum value and efficiency. • Address and resolve technical challenges, customize workflows to client-specific business needs, and proactively suggest solutions. • Stay updated with Clay.com’s latest features, RevOps best practices, and emerging industry trends to recommend and implement innovative strategies. • Provide comprehensive performance reports highlighting workflow effectiveness, automation efficiency, and areas for improvement.
• 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps), CRM automation, or related roles. • Proven expertise with Clay.com, including CRM enrichment, workflow automation, lead scoring, and intent data management. • Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting complex datasets to generate strategic insights. • Demonstrated ability to independently manage operational workflows and automation systems. • Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities. • Strong communication skills, capable of clearly articulating insights, strategies, and recommendations to both internal and external teams.
