📋 Description

• Develop new features in backend applications, ensuring quality and adherence to team standards • Work on performance, stability, and security improvements for existing applications • Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities, applying best practices and OWASP standards • Refactor and modernize legacy code, incrementally reducing technical debt • Collaborate with product and business teams to refine and estimate technical requirements • Document solutions, technical decisions, and application changes • Participate in code reviews, contributing to code quality and standardization across the team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Java (version 21+), Spring Boot, and Spring Data JPA • Experience with Hibernate as an object-relational mapping (ORM) framework • Experience developing new features in production backend applications • Experience with application security (authentication, authorization, OWASP best practices) • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle), including query optimization and performance tuning • Ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and stability issues in existing applications • Experience with monitoring and observability tools, specifically Datadog and AWS CloudWatch • Version control using Git • Good communication skills for aligning with internal teams and presenting technical solutions
