📋 Description

• Own Design QA across the product lifecycle: define quality standards, run structured design reviews, and ensure shipped experiences meet expectations • Build and scale Design QA processes: review cadences, quality checklists, and feedback loops • Evolve the design system: components, patterns, tokens, and governance • Drive design system adoption and consistency across teams • Identify and reduce design debt and UI inconsistencies • Lead design initiatives end-to-end • Mentor designers on craft, system thinking, and QA practices • Ensure design fidelity in implementation with engineering • Partner with PM and Engineering to co-own product outcomes • Willing and able to teach others how to use AI in their workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Product/UI Designer on complex products • Strong visual design craft and systematic thinking • Strong experience in Design QA and design review processes • Proven track record owning or scaling a design system • Experience identifying and addressing design debt • Ability to define and track design quality metrics • Expert in Figma (components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping) • Experience working closely with engineering • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills • Experience using AI tools to accelerate design work • Nice to have: experience with design audits, Design tokens and design-to-code workflows, AEC/BIM domain experience, Motion design and micro-interactions, HTML/CSS understanding
