📋 Description

• Support in building a scalable organization • Continuously initiate new conversations with potential customers • Research and create lead lists • Conduct cold calling and LinkedIn outreach • Develop and optimize internal processes through AI-powered automations • Ensure that every client project is optimally prepared • Create and enrich high-quality lead lists • Prepare project onboarding and relevant documentation • Set up and maintain required CRM structures and software tools • Optimize project preparation to increase efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Work independently and take ownership • Work in a structured and careful manner • Enjoy questioning processes and continuously improving them • Interest in sales, entrepreneurship, and AI • Not afraid to pick up the phone and actively reach out to people • Quickly learn new software and tools • Eagerness to build a company together with us • Initial experience in sales, with CRM systems, LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay, or AI tools is a plus but not required
