⢠Support in building a scalable organization ⢠Continuously initiate new conversations with potential customers ⢠Research and create lead lists ⢠Conduct cold calling and LinkedIn outreach ⢠Develop and optimize internal processes through AI-powered automations ⢠Ensure that every client project is optimally prepared ⢠Create and enrich high-quality lead lists ⢠Prepare project onboarding and relevant documentation ⢠Set up and maintain required CRM structures and software tools ⢠Optimize project preparation to increase efficiency
⢠Work independently and take ownership ⢠Work in a structured and careful manner ⢠Enjoy questioning processes and continuously improving them ⢠Interest in sales, entrepreneurship, and AI ⢠Not afraid to pick up the phone and actively reach out to people ⢠Quickly learn new software and tools ⢠Eagerness to build a company together with us ⢠Initial experience in sales, with CRM systems, LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay, or AI tools is a plus but not required
