• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT professional services projects • Take the lead in crafting, reviewing, and negotiating Statements of Work (SOWs) • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations • Effectively manage internal technical teams (engineers, architects) • Contribute to establishing and shaping project management methodologies and best practices • Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Manager in a professional services, IT consulting, or managed services environment • Proven experience creating, scoping, and managing Statements of Work (SOWs) • Experience with public cloud projects (especially Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure) • Comfortable managing technical projects and communicating effectively with engineers • Proactive, organized, and natural problem-solver
