🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is heavily preferred. • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and marketing operations. • Hands-on experience managing marketing automation tools and CRM systems. Certification in a major platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) is a plus. • Experience with project management methodologies and tools. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent project management skills, a strong take-charge initiative, and a tenacious appetite to learn • Hands-on experience managing campaigns within Google Ads, LinkedIn, Salesforce, Pardot (or other marketing automation tools) and others • A strong drive to achieve results and own processes end-to-end • An understanding of Google Analytics and all digital marketing metrics • Positive, can-do attitude, excited to build something, and confident in taking on new challenges to achieve objectives • Good with Excel - knows some useful formulas and shortcuts to keep data hygienic
