📋 Description
• Onboarding – learn about our products and customers • Provide feedback about your experience and identify any gaps in your onboarding • Get to know your team and the rest of the organization • Gain a basic understanding of the problem space • Build a relationship with the global UX organization • Engage in research activities towards improving our design system • Engage with product teams to identify research needs • Conduct primary (e.g., interviews, user testing, etc.) and secondary research (competitive analysis, literature review, etc.) • Present your work to product teams, leadership and other stakeholders • Work closely with designers, product managers and developers to translate research insights into product improvements
🎯 Requirements
• Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program (BA/BS) or graduate program (Masters'/PhD) • Located in Ontario, preferably in the GTA or KW area (Toronto or Kitchener-Waterloo) • Knowledge of primary and secondary research methods • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with others • Ability to effectively document and present your research work • Ability to effectively communicate in both written and spoken English
