• Shepherd our technical integration ecosystem. • Maintain operational rigor across our technical programs. • Drive stuff from concept to completion. • Build and maintain the technical knowledge base that makes our organization scalable. • Help manage the deployment strategy and serve as a technical resource for production deployments. • Refine how we work, while keeping in mind our company size and stage.

🎯 Requirements

• Around 3-5 years in technical program management, Scrum, or technical operations in a software/technology environment. • Understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, deployment pipelines, and how modern software systems work. • Proptech knowledge is a massive plus. • Systems thinking and organizational design. • Exceptional communication and influence skills. • Diplomatic leadership. • Bias toward action and ownership. • Startup DNA.
