📋 Description

• Manage and submit insurance billing claims accurately and timely. • Obtain and track insurance authorisations, ensuring renewals are completed before expiration. • Communicate effectively with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and clients to resolve billing and authorisation issues. • Maintain accurate records of all billing and authorisation activities within electronic health records and billing systems. • Monitor and follow up on outstanding claims and authorisation requests. • Assist in generating reports related to billing status and authorisations. • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to streamline billing and authorisation workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience of at least 2 years in medical billing and insurance authorisations. • Familiarity with healthcare billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems. • Strong understanding of medical terminology, insurance policies, and authorisation procedures. • Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail. • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work setting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
