📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls professionally and efficiently • Schedule, reschedule and confirm client appointments • Assist clients with general enquiries and provide friendly, professional support • Accurately capture, update and maintain client information • Coordinate schedules and communicate appointment changes • Maintain accurate records using internal systems • Ensure all client interactions are handled with professionalism and attention to detail • Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver a seamless client experience

🎯 Requirements

• Previous call centre experience is essential • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment • Excellent English communication skills and a clear, neutral accent • Strong data-capturing and computer skills • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Professional telephone etiquette and a confident phone manner • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure • Comfortable working rotational shifts, including weekends • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Available to start immediately
