âą Lead the overall recruitment strategy and operations for ReWorks Solutions to attract, recruit, and retain top talent. âą Develop and implement innovative recruitment processes to enhance the candidate experience and hiring efficiency. âą Oversee the recruitment team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management. âą Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to identify hiring needs and workforce planning. âą Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners when necessary. âą Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to inform strategic decisions. âą Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process. âą Drive employer branding initiatives to position ReWorks Solutions as an employer of choice.
