📋 Description

‱ Lead the overall recruitment strategy and operations for ReWorks Solutions to attract, recruit, and retain top talent. ‱ Develop and implement innovative recruitment processes to enhance the candidate experience and hiring efficiency. ‱ Oversee the recruitment team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management. ‱ Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to identify hiring needs and workforce planning. ‱ Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners when necessary. ‱ Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to inform strategic decisions. ‱ Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process. ‱ Drive employer branding initiatives to position ReWorks Solutions as an employer of choice.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred. ‱ Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. ‱ Proven track record of designing and executing successful recruitment strategies. ‱ Strong leadership and team management skills. ‱ Excellent knowledge of recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing tools. ‱ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ‱ Ability to analyze data and leverage metrics to drive continuous improvement. ‱ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
