📋 Description

• Follow up with clients regarding their applications and ensure they complete the required steps • Keep applications moving through consistent communication and timely follow-ups • Coordinate with Case Managers to ensure tasks and updates are completed • Track outstanding items and see projects through to completion • Maintain accurate records and provide updates on application progress • Deliver a professional and positive experience during every interaction

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Pleasant, professional phone etiquette • A neutral English accent • Strong follow-up skills with the ability to see tasks through to completion • Highly responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented • A proactive mindset with excellent organizational skills • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • A willingness to learn and apply training provided by the client • Working US hours (9am–5pm EST)
