📋 Description

• Oversee the quality assurance team in ensuring all products meet high-quality standards • Manage QA processes and develop testing strategies • Mentor team members to foster a quality culture

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Computer Science, or a related field. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team. • Extensive knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders. • Experience with performance metrics and reporting.
