• Conduct one-on-one onboarding and training sessions with RBTs • Train RBTs on company systems, processes, and session note requirements • Guide therapists through software usage and workflow expectations • Answer questions related to processes, documentation, and ABA operational procedures • Support RBTs during onboarding and early-stage integration • Act as a professional and supportive point of contact for therapists • Assist in maintaining training materials, guides, and onboarding documentation • Monitor onboarding progress and ensure completion of required training milestones • Identify areas where additional coaching or support may be needed • Collaborate with leadership and operational teams to improve onboarding and training processes • Support therapist engagement, retention, and successful integration into the organization • Maintain accurate records of training activities, onboarding progress, and therapist communications
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred • Previous experience as an RBT, ABA Trainer, ABA Supervisor, Clinical Support Specialist, or related ABA role preferred • Experience training, coaching, mentoring, or onboarding staff preferred • Strong knowledge of ABA terminology, documentation requirements, and operational workflows preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills required • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with therapists and team members • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Patient, supportive, and professional approach to training and coaching • Ability to explain processes and systems clearly to individuals with varying levels of experience • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Comfortable learning and navigating new systems and software platforms • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
