• Source and attract candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking. • Review applications and conduct initial screening to assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability. • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively between candidates and hiring managers. • Maintain applicant tracking system records and recruitment databases. • Support onboarding processes for new hires. • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide consultative recruitment support. • Regularly report recruitment metrics and progress.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. • Minimum 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience. • Proficient with applicant tracking systems and MS Office suite. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. • Self-motivated with a proactive approach and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment across US time zones.
