📋 Description

• Provide 3rd level support to all RFA clients and RFA systems • Support client and RFA computer infrastructure • Organize complex IT development, project coordination, implementation, and technology project maintenance activities • Support anti-spam, web-filtering, network perimeter defense appliances, and remote access solutions • Manage and support storage and virtualization platforms • Serve as an escalation point for server infrastructure matters • Support servers, Active Directory, and Exchange, including migrations and upgrades • Coordinate network-related work with Network Engineering, telephony, provisioning, and other IT infrastructure groups • Facilitate service-level and customer-requirement definitions • Work with clients to determine needs and improve delivery processes • Provide project-plan updates, documentation, and closeout documents • Handle client infrastructure-related questions throughout projects • Work directly with vendors on third-party server/software deployments • Design and overhaul project plans • Attend meetings and gather requirements for onsite infrastructure deployment, relocations, cloud provisioning, and other projects • Collaborate with technical colleagues to develop client solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experience • Experience managing complex technical development projects involving integration of multiple systems • Good understanding of existing network programs and capabilities • Skilled in technical crisis management • Experience with scripting in PowerShell • Experience with Citrix and terminal services • 5–6 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Microsoft operating system-based servers • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy Administration • Knowledge of VMware virtualization • Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2010, 2013, 2016, and Office 365 • Knowledge of MDM solutions, including ActiveSync, MobileIron, and AirWatch • Experience supporting various SAN arrays • 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Azure
