• Provide the correct mix/inventory levels of products required to meet customer needs and sales requirements • Minimize costs/maximize profits through effective inventory management and purchasing decisions • Be the main liaison between the supplier(s) and the RFMW sales team • Enhance the image of RFMW in the marketplace as the distributor of choice • Achieve corporate sales, gross profit margin and pre-tax profit goals • Maintain correct mix that meets corporate financial objectives and customer requirements • Consult with RFMW sales representatives regarding customer needs and product features • Provide ongoing education/promotion to sales organization to effectively market product • Develop and maintain successful supplier relationships
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience preferred • Five to seven years of progressive industry related experience preferred including sales, marketing, product management, distribution, asset management, etc. • General knowledge of RF Industry • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook) at the intermediate level preferred
