📋 Description

• Lead and drive the commercial performance of approximately 20 company-owned stores • Support Store Managers in developing their business • Ensure the implementation of the commercial strategy and company standards • Maintain a strong presence in the field • Manage approximately 40 employees • Provide commercial guidance and operational support • Contribute to discussions and projects aimed at strengthening the overall momentum of the sales network • Participate in initiatives to engage and develop franchise operations • Report transparently to senior management

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education in business, sales, or a related field • At least 5 years of experience managing a store network or in multi-site retail management • Experience with a premium, specialist, or strongly customer-service-oriented brand is preferred • Experience managing a network combining company-owned stores and franchises is a plus • Strong commercial and results-driven mindset • Ability to analyze figures, understand performance gaps, and turn findings into concrete actions • Experience with collaborative management and supporting Store Managers • Self-directed and well organized • Ability to report transparently to senior management • Sensitivity to the product, customer experience, and high-quality service • Alignment with the values of the company
