• Act strategically and proactively in prospecting new clients, developing commercial opportunities, and strengthening the company’s market positioning. • Conduct active client prospecting (cold calls, emails, social media, events, and on-site visits). • Identify and qualify business opportunities by understanding the profile and needs of potential clients. • Manage the sales pipeline from first contact through to closing, with a focus on conversion. • Negotiate and close contracts, presenting solutions aligned with clients’ technical requirements. • Support the marketing and customer success/service teams in lead generation and lead nurturing. • Prepare commercial proposals and market analyses, contributing to the strategic planning of the area. • Maintain up-to-date information in CRM systems and performance reports. • Participate in alignment meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental, Water Resources, Civil, etc.). • Solid experience in consultative B2B sales, with a focus on prospecting and generating new business. • Technical knowledge to engage with clients in complex sectors (such as engineering, environment, or infrastructure). • Market analysis skills and opportunity mapping. • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM tools. • Hunter profile — drive, persistence, and a strong results orientation. • Clear, argumentative, and persuasive communication skills. • Proactivity and autonomy to pursue and close business opportunities. • Analytical capability and strategic market vision. • Target-driven focus, resilience, and a commercially assertive attitude, while maintaining partnership and ethical conduct in relationships.
