📋 Description

• Serve as the interface between customers, logistics, and IT • Analyze customer logistics processes and identify optimization potential • Provide guidance on best practices within the Blue Yonder platform • Develop solution concepts and specifications based on business requirements • Support implementation within Blue Yonder WMS • Create user stories, test plans, acceptance criteria, and project and system documentation • Align requirements between customers, business departments, and technical teams • Support projects throughout the full lifecycle, from concept and implementation through go-live and hypercare • Conduct testing and quality assurance activities • Continuously enhance existing solutions to ensure stable and future-proof customer processes

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Logistics, or comparable qualifications • Several years of experience with Blue Yonder WMS or comparable warehouse management and supply chain solutions • Strong knowledge of logistics processes • Experience creating business concepts, specifications, user stories, or test concepts • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style • Excellent communication skills • Strong English language proficiency • Enthusiasm for collaborating with customers, partners, and interdisciplinary project teams
