📋 Description

• Lead the evolution of RegDoor's core intelligence layer • Responsible for the design, consistency, and performance of the AI Agent • Improve retrieval accuracy (prioritization and chunk hierarchy) • Ensure consistency and explainability in the presentation of sources • Build workflows that combine web search and internal RAG • Generate automated reports from the agent's responses

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with LLMs, RAG, and vector databases (PGVector, Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.) • Strong proficiency in Python, LangChain or LlamaIndex, and API orchestration • Solid knowledge of chunking strategies, embeddings, and retrieval • Experience with structured outputs (JSON schemas, function calling, etc.) • Experience in prompt engineering and evaluation at scale • Plus: experience with legaltech, knowledge graphs, or regulatory data
