📋 Description

• Conduct sales meetings with qualified leads • Identify needs and present solutions • Negotiate and manage the sales process through closing • Follow up on and monitor opportunities • Organize the pipeline and update the CRM • Participate in training sessions and analyze results

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen • Ambitious, proactive, and results-oriented mindset • Strong sense of ownership and excellent organizational skills • Strong negotiation skills and ability to overcome objections • Ability to conduct consistent follow-ups • Open to training and feedback • Availability and flexibility to work different hours • Sales experience is a plus, particularly in consultative sales, inside sales, or services • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field is a plus • High school diploma • 1–3 years of professional experience
