• Liderar e desenvolver a equipe de vendas de equipamentos de Endoscopia e Vídeo Cirurgia. • Acompanhar e motivar a equipe de vendas, garantindo o atingimento das metas e resultados. • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de produto, definindo público-alvo, posicionamento de mercado e objetivos de curto, médio e longo prazo. • Monitorar o mercado, a concorrência e as necessidades dos clientes para apoiar decisões estratégicas. • Trabalhar em conjunto com as áreas de Marketing e Vendas, alinhando estratégias e metas. • Atuar na gestão técnica e comercial, com foco em inovação, crescimento e excelência no atendimento. • Conduzir e participar de treinamentos contínuos, voltados para clientes, colaboradores e representantes, visando atualização técnica e desenvolvimento da equipe. • Analisar indicadores de desempenho, definindo estratégias para crescimento de mercado. • Garantir um relacionamento próximo com clientes e parceiros, promovendo soluções técnicas eficazes.
• Habilidade prévia em gestão de pessoas e gestão comercial. • Conhecimento técnico em Endoscopia e Vídeo Cirurgia (obrigatório). • Vivência com liderança de equipes de vendas no segmento veterinário. • Formação preferencial em Medicina Veterinária. • Pacote Office básico. • Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes.
