📋 Description
• Support regulatory processes • Liaison with government agencies • Provide client service • Regularization and monitoring of licenses and permits • Issuance and tracking of payment forms, fees and taxes related to legalization processes • Updating and maintaining registrations in municipal portals and related systems • Requesting, issuing, renewing and managing Digital Certificates (individuals and legal entities) • Issuance and tracking of Negative Debt Clearance Certificates (Certidões Negativas de Débitos - CNDs) • Registration regularizations with public and private agencies • Updates to registration records and monitoring of protocols • Document organization and control of administrative processes • Operational support for routines of the Legalization Department
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in activities related to Legalization / Paralegal • Practical experience in company regularization routines and in monitoring processes with public agencies • Experience in client service and consultative support is considered a differential
