📋 Description

• Serve as the focal point for the relationship and experience of independent contractors and external partners • Manage the journey from contracting and onboarding through the end of the partnership • Coordinate requests from professionals and suppliers with internal teams • Ensure compliance with established processes, deadlines, policies, and commitments • Lead contract governance and the end-to-end lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding • Manage contracts, terms, renewals, documentation, and billing in coordination with Legal and Finance • Build and maintain analytical controls and performance indicators (KPIs) • Monitor contracts, suppliers, mandatory training, and integration status • Track deadlines, outstanding items, and follow-ups, ensuring the timely completion of deliverables • Act as the central communication channel between responsible teams • Plan and execute integration, recognition, and engagement initiatives • Organize events and communication initiatives • Identify improvement opportunities and implement efficient solutions • Anticipate risks and needs, independently resolve operational complexities, and escalate critical decisions to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, or related fields • Experience in technology companies, SaaS businesses, startups, or digital ecosystems • Experience working with independent contractors, including onboarding and managing their journey • Strong command of administrative controls, deadline tracking, documentation, and follow-ups • Experience with internal communications, Employee Experience, engagement, and integration • Experience organizing corporate events, team gatherings, workshops, and recognition initiatives • Ability to coordinate processes among different stakeholders autonomously, in an organized, and results-oriented manner • Intermediate or advanced Excel skills • Knowledge of ClickUp, Jira, or similar tools • Familiarity with activity management and request-tracking tools • Knowledge of Vendor Management • Knowledge of Employee Experience / People Experience • Strong attention to detail • Internal communications and employer branding
