📋 Description
• Enter property information into the system, conducting aesthetic evaluations and assigning ratings; • Establish and maintain relationships with developers to register the brokerage and receive new project launches; • Make calls to clients and schedule property visits; • Ensure the quality of information to provide a better experience for buyers.
🎯 Requirements
• Recent graduate or final-year student in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields; • Experience or knowledge of the real estate sector to conduct aesthetic evaluations of properties; • Good communication skills for interacting with developers and clients; • Analytical and organized profile to structure and maintain property records.
