📋 Description

• Respond to incoming leads, identifying their needs and opportunities to engage legal services • Conduct initial contact with prospective clients, presenting the firm’s services • Qualify leads, particularly those involving accident benefits and employment-related claims • Take a consultative sales approach to understand prospective clients’ needs • Schedule meetings and consultations with the professionals responsible for closing contracts • Follow up with leads throughout the negotiation process, aiming to convert them into clients

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma (preferred) • Experience in sales, particularly consultative selling, sales support, or pre-sales (SDR) (preferred) • Knowledge of negotiation techniques, sales outreach, and lead conversion (preferred) • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital customer service channels (preferred) • Assertive communication • Persuasion and negotiation skills • Active listening • Organization • Responsibility • Resilience • Availability to work during business hours
