📋 Description

• Receive and organize corporate materials provided by headquarters • Publish content on social media platforms • Configure and adapt captions • Schedule and organize posts • Ensure content is published correctly on the respective channels • Repurpose suitable content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business Profile • Monitor the publishing calendar and keep channels up to date • Plan and create up to 8 original pieces of content per month for Instagram and LinkedIn • Develop content to position and strengthen the brand • Promote the branch’s services • Support relationship-building with companies and professionals • Contribute to establishing RHF Talentos as an authority in the Human Resources market • Support the growth and engagement of social media channels

🎯 Requirements

• Practical knowledge of social media management • Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business Profile • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and Canva • Strong writing skills and the ability to develop captions • Organization and attention to detail • Creativity in content development • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines • Ability to work independently and in an organized manner • Ability to follow company calendars, guidelines, and communication standards • Own computer in excellent working condition • Stable internet connection • Properly functioning Microsoft Office • Access to and familiarity with Outlook • Tools required for creating and managing digital content • 1–3 years of professional experience • Higher education is a plus
