📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical point of contact during platform evaluations and migrations • Lead technical discovery, in-depth product demonstrations, and tailored presentations • Build demo environments (sandboxes) and support technical configurations and adjustments • Partner with Customer Success to ensure successful customer migrations • Create technical documentation, migration guides, and supporting materials • Translate technical capabilities into business value for customers and prospects • Share feedback with Product and Engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or in a similar technical pre-sales role • Strong technical expertise and experience demonstrating complex products • Experience working with enterprise customers and large organizations • Familiarity with security, compliance, and IT processes in mid-sized or large enterprises • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to connect technical solutions to customer needs and business objectives • Collaborative, autonomous, strategic, and comfortable working in dynamic environments • High school diploma • English-language resume required
