📋 Description

• Build and lead a team of sales engineers serving as product introduction, evaluation and education experts • Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets and build relationships • Guide revenue leaders on sales strategy and product obstacles or gaps • Represent the team’s needs to executive staff • Use AI and data analytics skills to identify patterns and opportunities, improve technical win rates and expand across LATAM • Interpret complex problems, create simple solutions, and collaborate with prospects, channel partners and sales teams • Work closely with product, engineering, sales, marketing and services • Source and screen candidates and manage the interview process • Act as a player/coach delivering compelling customer and prospect presentations • Own the regional Technical Win forecast • Support sales cycles, value-based demonstrations, POCs and business closing

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales capacity with 3+ years of direct line management experience • Industry expertise within Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning and AI Agents • Strong hands-on technical skills within Databases, Data Warehousing, ETL and Analytics/Data Science • Experience with cloud-based offerings, including exposure to at least one of the three major clouds • Outstanding presenting skills to technical and executive audiences • Ability to connect customer business problems with Snowflake solutions • Proven entrepreneurial experience developing and successfully launching new territories, teams or initiatives from scratch • University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent experience preferred • Currently authorized to work in Brazil
