📋 Description

• Perform routine activities for the tax department • Calculate taxes under the Simples Nacional, Presumed Profit, and Actual Profit regimes • Calculate and review ICMS, ISS, IPI, PIS, and COFINS • Perform tax bookkeeping and review tax calculations • Issue and review tax invoices • Prepare and file SPED Fiscal and EFD-Contributions • Prepare DCTFWeb, EFD-Reinf, and other tax returns and ancillary tax obligations • Review clients’ tax documents and information • Monitor tax department routines and deadlines • Support the analysis and application of tax legislation related to clients’ operations • Identify inconsistencies and support the correction of tax information

🎯 Requirements

• Experience or knowledge of tax routines in an accounting firm • Knowledge of tax calculations and ancillary tax obligations • Knowledge of ICMS, ISS, IPI, PIS, and COFINS • Experience or knowledge with SPED Fiscal, EFD-Contributions, DCTFWeb, and EFD-Reinf • Knowledge of issuing, recording, and reviewing tax invoices • Knowledge of the Simples Nacional, Presumed Profit, and Actual Profit tax regimes • Knowledge of the Domínio, JETAX, SIEG, and Nibo systems • Currently pursuing or completed a higher education degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field • Intermediate computer skills • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail • Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
