• Realizar prospecção ativa de novos clientes utilizando ferramenta própria da empresa • Identificar empresas com potencial e iniciar contato comercial • Gerenciar leads e negociações no CRM • Fazer abordagens por WhatsApp e telefone • Realizar reuniões online para apresentação da solução e fechamento de vendas • Apresentar os benefícios da ferramenta de forma clara e objetiva • Realizar follow-up com leads até o fechamento • Cumprir metas de prospecção, reuniões e vendas • Participar de alinhamentos comerciais e contribuir com melhorias
• Ensino Médio • Experiência em vendas, preferencialmente online, B2B ou prospecção ativa • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita • Habilidade com ferramentas digitais • Noções de técnicas de vendas, negociação e fechamento • Perfil proativo, organizado e orientado a metas • Facilidade com tecnologia e aprendizado rápido • Capacidade de conduzir reuniões comerciais online • Diferenciais: Experiência com vendas de tecnologia, marketing, software ou IA e Vivência com prospecção ativa e qualificação de leads
• Comissões (R$ 200,00 por novos clientes + R$ 50,00 de forma recorrente de cada cliente ativo e adimplente + R$ 500,00 se bater a meta mensal ou R$ 1.000,00 se bater 150% da meta mensal) • Ajuda de Custo (R$ 1.000,00)
