📋 Description

• Perform quick verification and processing of payments from customers and merchants; • Immediately post sold items in the ERP inventory control as soon as payment is confirmed, ensuring the accuracy of inventory balances; • Record payment clearances in the integrated system so orders enter the logistics and shipping workflow without delays; • Provide prompt support to sellers via digital channels, assessing customer credit and securely releasing orders; • Monitor the customer portfolio remotely, keeping cloud-based accounts receivable reports up to date and identifying overdue accounts; • Make calls and strategic outreach to customers and partner merchants with overdue accounts, pursuing firm yet amicable negotiations.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, or Finance • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organization, and a high capacity for self-management (able to work without direct supervision) • Strong attention to detail for thorough payment checks to avoid errors when posting stock deductions • Comfortable with cloud-based ERP systems (finance and inventory modules) and proficient in Excel • Must have a personal computer/laptop and a stable high-speed internet connection (the company will provide system access) • Be dynamic, proactive, and highly autonomous • Preferred: experience with stock handling or invoicing in distributors/importers.
