• Perform active and inbound prospecting of potential customers; • Qualify leads and identify needs; • Schedule sales visits for the sales team; • Record information and interactions in CRM; • Work with daily and monthly appointment targets; • Communicate clearly, concisely and with a consultative approach.
• Proactive, disciplined person with a results focus; • Someone eager to learn, grow and make things happen; • Good communication, organization and consistency; • Results-driven profile who doesn’t wait for tasks: initiates action. • Technical requirements Position is 100% remote — required: • ✓ Own computer • ✓ Stable internet • ✓ Suitable home office environment. • Differentials we strongly want to see: • Previous experience as an SDR, Inside Sales or outbound telemarketing; • Experience in the solar energy sector (major plus!); • Basic CRM knowledge; • Comfortable speaking with different customer profiles.
• Commissions that can range from R$3,000 to R$4,000 depending on the number of appointments scheduled.
