📋 Description

• Lead Data & Analytics solutions across Databricks, SAP, Azure and Microsoft BI technologies • Work with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Datasphere, SAC and BTP on data migration, rollout and transformation projects • Own selected data products end to end: build, enhance and maintain them over time • Drive business demand intake and ensure strong business alignment and prioritization • Lead resource planning, financial planning and forecasting for the area • Manage budget and delivery discipline • Steer external partners on resources, financials and execution quality • Guide large initiatives from discovery to go-live • Build prototypes and stay close to technical work when needed • Structure tasks, dependencies and agile execution across multiple teams • Support and grow the local Data & Analytics team, with the option to step into people leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in Data Engineering, BI, Data Architecture or technical functional leadership • Strong experience in enterprise SAP environments, especially SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Datasphere, SAC and BTP • Hands-on knowledge of Databricks, Spark, Python, SQL and modern cloud data platforms • Experience in data migration, integration and rollout projects • Excellent English is a must-have • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields • Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment preferred • Availability for immediate start preferred
