📋 Description

• Develop mechanical designs, proposal drawings, and installation concepts for Flow Control and Slide Gate systems • Design, modify, and improve mechanical equipment, including drives, support structures, and related system components • Create detailed engineering documentation, drawings, and equipment specifications for customer projects • Support trials, conversions, equipment upgrades, and new installations • Coordinate engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle • Evaluate customer processes and operational needs to recommend engineering solutions • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions • Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, Field Service, and R&D teams • Provide technical expertise and support to customers and internal teams • Participate in developing new technologies, products, and engineering improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of engineering, mechanical design, project engineering, or related technical experience • Associate's degree, Technical Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related technical field • Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, manufacturing processes, and engineering fundamentals • Experience using 3D CAD software such as Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar design platforms • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a collaborative environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
