📋 Description

• Handle various customer inquiries courteously, discreetly, and professionally • Coordinate correspondence, calls, and complaints related to e-commerce and retail stores • Respond to emails, online chats, and phone inquiries regarding websites, online orders, billing, and the in-store experience • Coordinate and schedule the work of customer service representatives in collaboration with the manager • Act as a point of contact for representatives, stores, the distribution center, and head office • Ensure teams have the support and assistance they need • Participate in training new representatives • Handle and take ownership of customer complaints, questions, and concerns, including escalated complaints • Direct calls and emails to the appropriate department • Assist customers with online orders and conduct follow-ups • Provide information about products and services • Increase website conversion through online chat • Open investigations with shipping partners for lost packages • Process online exchanges and returns • Verify the validity of promotional offer terms and conditions • Monitor the quality of website data, promotions, and promotional offers • Maintain communication between stores, the distribution center, and the customer service department • Perform any other customer service-related duties

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a customer service representative role • Fully bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively • Ability to resolve problems quickly • Retail experience • Good understanding of e-commerce operations • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Availability to work evenings and weekends
