📋 Description

• Your focus is on small to medium-sized companies (e.g., architecture/engineering firms) and on telephone sales of standardized software solutions and services (e.g., trainings) • Telephone prospecting of potential clients • Reactivation of inactive customers/accounts • Needs analysis, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations • Close collaboration with outside sales colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Career changers (m/f) from service-oriented industries are welcome • Enjoyment in sharing technical knowledge and in customer contact • Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and negotiation ability • Customer orientation, teamwork, and flexibility • Careful and conscientious approach to work • Excellent German language skills at native-speaker level (at least C1)
